Hi, I have bought a flat in anchor part vasai east last year 2014 and have availed loan from axis bank. Currently all the dues/payments related to flat possession have been cleared but still lakozy builder has not given the possession of flat. He had charged an interest of around 1 lac for delay in release of payments from bank which as per customer (myself) and bank the delay was due to the confusion created by bank in raising the demand letter which led to expiry of the sanction letter. Bank had to revalidate and issue a new sanction letter which caused a delay in issuance of first Payment. I have seen, any other customer who has been fooled in similar way by anchor groups( lakozy Builder) and have been charged heavy interest. In case anyone is facing similar issue please rAise your concern through this forum. So that we can form a group and file a complain or seek legal intervention Was this information helpful? | |

Completely agree on this. I am also the same victim of this issue plus when asked about the refund amount of subvention scheme, they are just delaying the matter. The cheque for Pre-EMI refund was supposed to be given in Sep 2015; its Dec 2015 and we have not yet received the cheque, only false promises. Despite continuous follow ups on proper date of dispatch, we are warned by builder that our refund will be blocked in case we keep on following up. Don't buy property from this builder. Unprofessional, rude and untrustworthy people in staff as well.

Very pathetic staff. Dont know how to talk to customers. I own a flat in Jasmine A. My flat is having leakage problems. The water is seeping out through the walls. Builder is not even looking to repair. Entire jasmine building is leaking. They have taken 18 months maintenance. I am following up with them since June 2015. Till date the leakage is not resolved. Now they dont even pick my phone. I am thinking to go through the legal way now.
