I have bought a flat in anchor part vasai east last year 2014 and have availed loan from axis bank.
Currently all the dues/payments related to flat possession have been cleared but still lakozy builder has not given the possession of flat. He had charged an interest of around 1 lac for delay in release of payments from bank which as per customer (myself) and bank the delay was due to the confusion created by bank...
