I have brought gold chain for my daughter .it was broken due to lockdown iam unable to come shop so i went little late they are saying we will joint this but again it will breaks we need to take care .At the time of buying they didn't say anything about like this .no one want to buy gold to see right if you are seeking that cheap products you have to inform customers at the time of buying it is very delicate just use and watch like that .Why are you blaming customers .I have purchased almost more than 15 L gold but i faced 3 to 4 issues like this .

Updated by Yashusyam My issue is not yet resolved not only chain I brought earrings at the time of buying they said they will not charge for pusalu they are duplicate which can available on road side now the colours fades away
