We have purchased my child silver ear rings in Kukatpally and next day one ear ring damaged and I have gone to show room I have faced worest service and they said it will not their responsibility once purchase items in the showroom.i have never faced this type of worest service and they were wasted my money and time.
Sir, I joined 2017 the old jewellery change to new gold with no wastage and making charge. That time gold rate 2700 something. Scheme is one year. Lalitha jewellery staff told, That period gold rate decrease you fixed the rate. But, increase today rate you purchase the gold.
After, one year I go to the shop. Gold rate increase 500 per gram.
But, shop manager told, I can't give lod rate. You purchase gold only new rate.
Three year completed. My gold is take Lalitha jewellery shop. Not give new gold. Please solve the problem.

      Need a responsible reply on my order

      I have ordered a golden ring with Lapis Luzuli stone on 4th October 2020 with Lalitha Jewellers, T Nagar branch. One Mr.Prakash from Diamond section has helped me to take the order of the same. He showed me the samples too and helped me in selection. I have paid nearly 100% payment on that day for the order. When am checking with him about the delivery date, he said it will take roughly 15 days. I asked him whether I will get a call once the ring is ready or should I do follow up with you. He said you do follow up. Though he is a nice person, his way of such response hurted me and made me to think whether I have done any wrong thing by ordering the ring with Lalitha Jewellery. Am your customers for so many years and my entire family buy gold or silver or diamond only from Lalitha Jewellers. As a customer why should do follow ups. It is the duty of the company to reach me and tell me that the ring is ready for delivery. Due to my bad time am advised to wear this stone ring and I will be very happy if I get it as quick as possible. Please help me out on this.

        They gave us duplicate pearls gold chain, which is around 75k when I purchase before 5 months after single use we observe. Color change and they told us we will give new product with in three weeks, it's been 7 weeks still they didn't return our product and even they didn't return our money.
        So I recommend public motto go for Lalitha because I'm the customer sinceany years and I recommend my friends as well
        But now a days Lalitha Jewelery customer service was very very disaster and there is no proper response from Vijayawada branch

            We have visited lalitha jewellery gold shop in chrompet branch chennai.. I never ever seen this kind of worst customer services.. The sales persons are not obey, not treating customers in good manners and not give any attention to customers. Even the token giving person also.
            Lalitha jewelry owner give good speech in ads, but seems they won't give benchmark knowledge to their worker and employees. Owner please give vision on this comments

              As i opened the chit(SWARNA SAPOORNA JEWELS SCHEME) at hyderabad, Panjagutta branch on 09.11.2019.And i have paid continuously every month up to 16.02.2020.

              And from March to july 2020 i unable to pay the chit amount due covid 19 lock down.

              After discussing to chit department team over phone confirmation on this regards, today (13.08.2020) visited the Lalithaa jewelry, Hyderabad branch for to pay the amount .

              But they are not supporting, simply they told close this chit and purchase as per your available savaging now .And approaching open the new chit..

                  I am calling from overseas (Australia) to get the amount of silver products. The contact provided in the lalithaa jewelry online is of t. Nagar branch (https://www.lalithaajewellery.com/contact-us/) as per this link. Very poor response and rude answers from the girl staff who attended the call. Did not expect such a cheap behavior from them.

                  If not interested to attend the calls and service, please remove the contact number from the online. It will not be confusing the customers and no need to get their frustration. Very very very cheap and bad behavior.

                    Worst customer care service, i have ever seen.
                    # service.. Can't you spend some time on educating your staff about the manners to speak to your customers instead on propaganda of your store.
                    I took the online scheme on november 28th 2018, and i am nri, since i paying online, today they are bluffing that it takes 5 days to credit to their account and as i paid on end of march, it will taken for april month and there is 1 month delay. What kind of online service is that.. Taking 5 days to credit to the account? They are bluffing they told this before... I am attaching the online documents i was given during joining the scheme.

                    The customer service in vizag are arrogant, i am nri and german citizen, is this the way.. The talk to customer...?# service, # people.
                    I got the reply from Branch Manager from Vizag, she corrected the installments.
                    I sincerely suggest to them.. "Do mention the terms and Conditions in the Brouchure" .. I can not tolerate this any other time.
                    I have purchased 2 pairs of gold ring, the sales man is taking us to the cash counter after the procedure they ask for thepayment
                    after making the payment the cashier habnds over the jewells to the sals man ?
                    once we paid the casd is not the duty of the cashier to hand over the jeeells to the customer
                    why he is handing over the things to the sales amn

                    khazana jewllers, once we select the jewel automatically it is come to the countetr assoon as we make the apyment the casier or the person sitting on the countert handover the jewels to the custometr

                      I have paid for 9 months in swarana lakshmi scheme by online and 1 month was paid by lalitha. For paying last 2 months i have tried in online but the website was not allowed to pay, so i thought that it was blocked and considered myself that i can't pay henceforth. Then i directly went to lalitha showroom t. Nagar and asked about the details and told them that i can't pay through online so i have suggested that i will pay now for 2 months and i will get the jewellery for it but the issue was escalated to till the manager level and nobody helped. Due to my emergency i was in the suituation of getting it, but nobody understands it, then i finally gave back that bonus of 1 month and got it only for the amount that i paid.

                      It really hurts a lot. Please don't give false promise to public.

                      Lalitha has really lost the public trust.

                          I purchased one small silver leg chain on 19.10.2018. That had broken within one month. (20.11.2018). So i have visited at lalith showroom at townhall coimbatore.

                          But salesman refused to takeit back as it is out of warranty period, and he informed that he will take only old silver rates. So i argued with in and i came out.

                          I really upset about this matter.. (Buying date : 19.10.2018, broken date : 20.11.2018).

                          I have loss rs.747. (So i have buy new silver kolusu at another shop.)


                          So plz anybody don' buy silver and gold at lalitha jewellery.

                            we have come across very painful experience at your store on 30/08/2018. When we went for purchasing jewel for an mature chit fund amount for rs 22000/(twenty two thousand)chit fund was started at ramanathapuram(tamil nadu) by my daughter p.Suja.When it got matured we went to nagercoil branch for purchasing ornament for marriage gift. It took us about an hour to stay there waiting for the verification purpose.Though my daughter had all proof documents like aadhar card etc.We have informed our time concern but nothing could come into our help.Your office bearers were seen telling the reasons but could not help to get our gift and go to the marriage hall to handover the gift.Kindly mr kiran kumar look into the matter since we have very good opinion about your shop and maintaining uniform rate throughout india.

                              We deposited rs.110000 on 12.11.2017 for selected one product. Now maturity time is over. We are going to buy at your madurai showroom. But there is no this design and if we need this same design material weight is minimum 60 grams. But we booked time this material we is less than 40 grams and it's value rs.110000.00.
                              Now we are not able to buy 20 grams extra.in deposited time we take the photo and this material tag also. So we need only the same product in the value of booked time. Now we are in urgent nèed this material. This material photos and tag attached. Take immediate action.
                              Plz give evening snacks to lalitha jewellery workers and then every workers will be working brisk. This is for humanism
                              I have purchased an item worth of 2000 from lalitha jewllery from SBI debit card, i got the message that money has been transfered lalitha jewelley account . but the store guy is telling that he didn't get the money

                                On 24/7/2018, i brought my friend who is from malaysia to t. Nagar branch of lalitha jewellery, me personally a regular visitor of this firm from the bangalore branch because of their staff responses and their level of patience and also the ambiance of the shop. Based on this impression i took my friend to t. Nagar branch and this is first visit too at this branch. We came to purchase mangalyam for her daughter and he came down all the way from malaysia to india to get the best for the upcoming ocassion.
                                Here are my ratings on a scale of 10 compared to bangalore lalitha’s:

                                Ambiance : 5/10 poor lightings
                                Overall staff: 4/10 (No one cares in sales, no attention given to customer)
                                Attendee: 3/10 (3 staffs took a changeover within few mins of showing designs, complete sign of negligence)
                                Packaging and handover: 1/10 (Due to no stock of proper mangalyam box, they packed in a tiny box and placed inside tiny cloth bag with no sign of thanking gestures and the sales person started to chit chat with big laugh which shows a pure sign of negligence in dealing customers)

                                After yelling at them they provided big haram box where our mangalyam placed straight without any bending and placed in a neat looking bag.

                                In simple terms, more grocery store attendees are 10/10 compared to these irresponsible piece of lazy jerks.

                                Better avoid going lalitha jewellery t. Nagar.
                                I have purchased silver product and after 2days i have called to lalitha jewellers regarding exchange ..people gave me wrong information and after visitng lalitha they said we dont have exchange policy for silver..lalitha team also dont know their terms and conditions and they wastedy time and money in travel..worst team and staff from hyderabd punjagutta..Never expected from lalitha..guys beware dont believe their words..
                                Punjagutta silver floor manager Shiva and phone receiver nazma i am not sure name worst persons i have never encountered.every one played very well including floor ladies..they dont even know how to respect customers once you bought the product they dont even care in case of any concerns.Regret to choose lalitha jewellers ..instead of that i should choose Grt who has many designs when compared to lalitha.Guys beaware ..dont believe lalitha adds..for silver they dont charge current day price instead they use previous day.same day i bought silver 38.5rs in GRT AND in lalitha its 40.5rs..when they dont treat customers well why will i beg them even though its mistake from your end..i forgot to take pictures of those or else i would have record conversation and posted here..

                                    Dear team,

                                    See, I don't mind if you're respond this complaint or not. But seriously I never stop to sharing about your worst product quality to all our relatives and neighbors and avoid them to visit your shop.

                                    I brought the set of Bangles (approx 24 gms) from t.nagar lalitha on two years back. But six months before I suddenly noticed there was an crack found in the one bangle, with any external impact ( definitely you may think that damage occured because of external damage) .

                                    So yesterday I have a plan to buy a multiple items at purasaiwalkam branch along with the damaged one.

                                    As I expected blindly they told the damage occurred because of the external factors. I asked them to remove the internal plastic bangle to know the exchange value.

                                    But I was very much surprised once they separate, because there are many cracks are there in the Bangles ( single one, the one is 100% okay) both the Bangles are rarely used ( see the attached image) in single hand only because the other one tied with bracelet.

                                    My question is, as they told that damage is occurred only because of the external factors, how the other one will be good condition still..? that is not at all possible for the external impact.

                                    Even there is no use for escalation also. Because I met the show room Manager and explained all these things very politely. But their reply remains same and not even inspect the damaged bangle condition.

                                    Finally I just minimize my purchase and went with single chain ( 13gms ) just because of my urgent need.

                                    They never worried about retain their customers​ and not ready to accept their mistakes even we shared all these things to a proper manner with politeness.

                                    Let's see how will you react for this.

                                    Customers are not well treated. The sales person in Lalitha jewellery is not responsive and they are not having any patience to show the jewels then how come customer able to buy.

                                      I visited the lalitha jewellers chennai t nagar on 21.05.2018.in ring section no one is interested to show designs. Worst response from sales persons. Not satisfied with lalitha jewellery staffs. I don't know why these peoples are coming for work if not interested to work means please don't come.
                                      I came out after waiting for 15 minutes no one asked for the reason.

                                      Really worst experience with lalitha jewellery staffs.

If we ask any doubts, the sales girls are not answering in a good way. Worst response from sales girls. Not satisfied with lalitha jewellery staffs. I don't know why these peoples are coming for work if not interested to work means please don't come.

Nagar chennai one of the big branch staff handle with customers too host, especially floor manager not attend customer i am look like poor show in jewelry but the same time one royal customer to enter the shop so many greetings welcomeing if your all staffs make big mistake they are never responding our family like mom also i chet card holder mr. Kiran kumar sir these like behavior teach your staffs.??? To bad experience i never enter lalitha jewellery again... Today i purchased 3laks jewelry in yours t. Nagar branch 28feb. The staff name is sakthi /sathis who ever he is behave and speaking too bad used words with rubbish. Like all over floor manager behavior too bad

                                            02.02.2018 from Lalitha jewelry, Trichy we purchased a gold ornament after closing our monthly saving scheme and for the balance amount Rs 6010 we used SBI debit card.
                                            while taking the amount the cashier told us your amount have not come to Lalitha jewelry account and we were again asked to pay and then we paid the said amount through PNB debit card. But we come to know that they debited the amount Rs 6010 twice from SBI debit card through the transaction number SBIPOS[protected]LALITHAJEWELLERYMARTRAMANATHAN & SBIPOS[protected]LALITHAJEWELLERYMARTRAMANATHAN ONE Transaction amount reverses immediately.but another Rs 6010 not yet resent by the Lalitha jewelry .we approached the shop and explained this but they are not sending my amount return back to my account till date 20.02.2018. From 02.02.2018 the Lalitha Jewelry, Trichy is keeping our amount without response.In person and through Phone they are not giving proper reply and speaking disrespectfully.

                                              I'm rani ravichandran from coimbatore. We went to your jewelry shop in coimbatore. Your collection are so beautiful and unique but we're not satisfied with staff service. We have been visited kerala jewelry shop they're staff service was good. And they initiative us to join in gold scheme but in lalitha we have volunteer us to asked for the scheme. This disappointed us a lot. Tamilnadu is best for serving people. And we're expecting this service from you in future.

                                                I have visited lalita at vizag showroom, i fall in love with one of the design ornament but not fully satisified, just wanted to check by takong photo if the item and want to compare with other jeweller stores, but seller told that photography is banned in vizag showrooms. Fully disappointed with this kind of reply thought they are showing photography in showroom itself.

                                                  I have a chit account in malleswaram, bangalore. On 31.10.2017 1 p. M i visited the shop to buy some jumkas.in jumka section no one is interested towards customers and the sales persons will be looking to other side so that no customers come to them. Nobody is interested to show the designs. The sales persons were all in sleepy mode and yawning in front of customers as if we were aliens to them. They say look yourself from the showcase. Then i visited to buy bracelet for my wife. The sales girl by name shalini look somewhere other side and doesnot even bother to talk to the customers. She was in no mood to talk to customers. The person who was looking at bracelet section was hesitant to talk as he was not knowing kannada and he was looking at us like a foreigner and he was thinking twice to show the desings. It is so shamefull that lalitha jewellers is in the hands of these type of salesman. The management is not interested in extracting the work for the salary paid and it is ultimately the customers who are suffering. I suggest anyone reading this should not buy any thing from lalitha jewellers. The only service they provided is at the entrance hall showing smiling faces so that customers fell to their scheme.

                                                    I purchased one small gold chain on 17.09.2017. But it has some small defect i returned it to correct on 19.09.2017. To repair section they told with in 15 days they will correct it and give to me like they told. I called several time and spoken with mr. Ravindar, mr. Yogesh & mr. Kumar till now i didnot get my gold chain.

                                                    I really upset about this kindly help me regarding this

                                                    As earliest as possible give me the chain.

                                                      I joined gold scheme in lalitha jewellery malleshwaram which was the worst decision i took.. The customer service is soo damm pathetic.. When i asked one of the sales men to show me a necklace he just askd be to wait and mentioned in a rude way that hes helping customers... If hes helping customer who m i??.. Just because the gold has to be purchased for the amount i have been paying.. I have no choice.. And the incharge there in jewellery asked me to write my feedback on a book.. Which i dont feel is gona make any difference... And coming to the quality part of it.. I also purchased a silver ring during the last visit... N i have no words to explain about it as the silver ring turned its color to almost bronze... Never again lalitha jewellery!!!

                                                        We have given order for a dollar (Sachin) vide order no 1019 dt.26.08.2017. Following points shows that i am not comfortable with your trichy shop.

                                                        1. No body is convincing type towards customers excepting welcome team

                                                        2. All customers expecting certain deduction towards purchase, but in your shop it is not possible & nobody is having convincing capacity and cashier is very strict in his duty.

                                                        3. The cashier is particular in my signature particularly in rate fixed area apart customer signature i. E not correct.

                                                        4. Old ornaments they have not valued properly and they don"t accept the same the reason being 16 carat. But in other shop they accepted with 18 carat apart silver also the same problem. Who is cheating.

                                                        5. Today we have purchased the order with full of dissatisfaction.

                                                        Kindly improve the customer service with smiling face. Like tv advertisement.

                                                          Dear sir,
                                                          I have planned to purchase gold necklace on 24 may 2017 in chormpet lalitha jewelly. They were shown 64 grams gold necklace. I asked them are you putting stone rate separately, they said no? Stone rate included in necklace wait. How the stone rate can be add with gold rate. Finally i asked them mention stone weight in final bill. They said no we didn't put bill like that. I think they are cheating customers. Please take action immediately. To avoid like this cheating shops.

                                                            We have put the chit for four times in your jewellery, yesterday (19.04.2017) we have closed the fourth chit but we are not satisfied in your chit systems and your designs. Only you gave eleven months amount only. You said that in the twelve th month, amount you will give in free, but you dint gave like that. Only they said free wastage. This is the tweve month amount.
                                                            We dint hope that you are giving us. We are waiting for one year and we are in a middle class family. We loss one gram so it is not satisfied and we are hopeless.
                                                            We can"t explain this. At last we loss our money.
