11 months deposit plan issue
I have deposited 101gms 11 month ago in Lalitha jewellery. Now it’s time to get new jewellery so I gave designs from other jewellery shop making low weight antique jewels but Lalitha jewellery rejecting all designs as they are not able to do these designs. So if other jewellery shop can do that design why cannot Lalitha jewellery?

Regarding my daughter's silver Patti complaint

I purchased a Ancle Patti silver (Kalla Patti with silver made) on 30th Jan 2023 from Ongole branch of Lalitha jewellary
After only one month usage it is broken into two, three pieces ..
I went to your branch and asked for quality of the product they didn't care me and said it's out of our company rules,
Please help me what should I do ..

Chandanagar branch counter boys irresponsible

Many branches open but your customers in frent your employees very bad behaviour yesterday i went 8;30 pm at chandanagar branch that counter boys very bad feeling my life first time and this issue raising to management asking out side security recording person name Shiva he was told i don't no manager name number close the shop he was same answer to me you can check the cc puttage i will update the issue.west service by your employees and management not responding this issue

Delay in service and no proper response for the purchased product
The product purchased before which was left behind to collect it is. Delayed to be given to customer and the new product purchased has not yet been billed and delayed and not ready to accept and not even bother of the time or urgency the customer is in. The billing or the cash counter is hopeless in service and not in customer friendly or irresponsible in service.

I bought jewel on 07.04.2022 closing chit and card payment .I have purchased in Salem branch so they said bill will be send by courier from Trichy branch.Till today I did not receive the bill.More over they charged me extra payment also .And they telephoned me that extra payment of Rs.2100 was got from me. Dimond neck chain buy back
Namaste Sir,
Im Dr I S Sravanthi from Tirupati. Im a regular customer feom Chennai T nagar branch n Tirupati too. Regarding my Diamond Chain buy back i contacted ur people yesterday morning at 11.30a.m they asked me to come in the evening I went in the evening by then rate decreased by 900 ..ok after going to ur shop with bill IGI card etc., they gave an estimation in the blueslip and told today not ppssible as the person in the section is on leave plz come in tomorrow morning..I came today but rate still ddcreased..whrn compared to ur estimation on yesterday n today i have to lose nearly 7k plus.Why should I .If the staff is not present alternative should be shown but why should i lose? please think from my side..and do justice for me.Im sending all the bills n estimations. u mentioned 3% reduction for cash n collected 5%

I have purchased diamond ring from lalitha jewellery Chrompet Chennai,
but diamond came out of ring. So provided the original bill copy and license to them for fixing this. But they recommend to take new ring, or it will take 20 days for them to fix the same. Such a worst service I have faced with lalitha jewelry.

I bought 2 bangles in oct 2019 from kukatpally lalitha jewellery branch and one of them broken in 2021.When I checked sales receipts for buy back policy, it clearly mentioned as 3% would be deducted and remaining 97% will be given back to customer.But when I visited the store they taken way 5% saying policy changed after I bought the ornaments.So I just wanted to know why terms and conditions mention the the details of return policies with...

Quality of product and service
Worst quality on product and customer service.
Brought a gold necklaces and payment done by card post that necklaces was damage .
After 3 hr of shopping and we need to go for other products by for refund the difference it took 1.30 min .
Manager was the worst .
Better not to go Lalitha jewellery.

This is not about product quality or cost, but the genunity of employees/staff of Lalitha Jewellery, due to which several thousands rupees were cheated for a senior couple.
Senior citizen without English knowhow was cheated by Lalitha jewellery employee in store and he made away with the money.
An amount of 40K was estimated for an order for which 20k was available with the old couple from earlier paid monthly schemes (called amount1). The balance 20k was handed over to an employee as cash (amount 2), to complete the order and the senior couple presumed all was fine. The order delivery took about 2 months and when the couple went to collect the item, they found to their dismay that 20k handed over in cash (amount2), was not accounted for and they were cheated.
The employee at the time of order placement took the 20k and produced multiple bills showing 20k and tricked them and when item was to be collected, claimed that the 20k (amount2 paid in cash) was never paid. On questioning other employees/manager asked for proofs of payment and denied they cant access CCTV footage beyond 2 weeks which was wierd.
Lalitha jewellery - how can you allow your employee to cheat? Is it like old aged couple must not shop at all? It is not just the 20k alone that the senior couple were cheated but it was the confidence that similar senior couples have on Lalitha jewellery that has been lost!
Disgusting how Lalitha jewellery employees can cheat this way.

I had enrolled in 4 schemes 11 months ago making a payment of Rs 2500 every month against each of the card. Now on completion of the scheme, Lalitha is not ready to honor a condition which states consumer can take gold jewelry to the extent of amount paid. Now they insist that we buy gold only against the weight accumulated. This is absolute fraud and they don’t even have the courtesy to talk to customer. Store manager Anil misbehaved with...

Cheated me by selling defective piece

Very bad experience. I exchanged my thali chain in Lalitha on August 2020. I was looking for particular model but shopkeeper intensionally marketed a chain called as karur kodi. The piece shown to me seems a defective piece( she had only one piece). Within three months, Chain started to wither into small pieces by pulling threads of pillow, my own hairs and towels. When requested for replacement they didn't give replacement. They said that they will repair the chain at factory, had Chain with them for 45 days, I was wearing thali in yellow thread in all those days. After their repair also, it again started to wither by sticking in to hair, pillow covers and towels .They suggested to give for exchange and asked to pay wastage n making charges again. They are cheating customers by selling defective pieces and forcing them to buy again so they get double times wastage. Never ever go there. Very less collections as well. Their chairman says he would respond in any problem but he never responded for the complaint I raised to his mail id. I am left with no option but wearing thali in yellow rope by keeping that chain idle, or exchange it again by paying wastage of around 50 k again.

Be aware of the Fixed rate savings schemes. You will be fooled. The repeated TV advertisements are tricky!!! Lalitha owner Mr. Kiran Kumar emotional speech will be like caring of customers. They will flash frequent TV Ads during the gold rates are high. During purchase of scheme they will say you have one time option to change the fixed rate. Once we paid deposit and got trapped in fixed saving...

I approached your Tirupati show room on 28/07/2021 to order ten grams pavithram gold ring. As pavithram ring is not readly available, I requested your order receiving section to book order, by showing a model ring wearing in my finger. The rude reply given by him is it will take minimum forty five days. The response is not proper. Please advise your staff to behave properly with customers. One year back I purchased diamond ear studs . For any gold purchase I visit your show room.

Tele caller Keerthi is not answering to customers and disconnecting phone calls with her arrogant behavior.
Further not lifting the phone calls and ignoring just like that.
After the commitment given by the Branch Manager Mr. Sharif Shaik and Mr. Arafat are not responding to the order delivery.
They both have committed the order Will be delivered on 13th May at any cost. But now not responding.

Hi team,
I am unable to pay online savings scheme from SBI collect portal so contacted Jayanagar and marathalli branch. In marathalli branch they resolved my issue. Where as in Jayanagar they are not resolving the same issue and when I asked I will complain in consumer court they are telling go and complaint. Problem is i am unable to pay online it is asking to verify details and try again but from.past 9 months I am paying online it's successful when I reach them for resolving they said I paid on Feb 24 and it got credited into their account on March 1 so they can't take payment for March again but the amount I paid is for February month. It's not my issue when it credited to their account. As last day to pay is 25th of every month
When I ask them how to resolve they are asking me to extend the period but it is loss forme to invest money for one more month. I need justice for this. Please resolve my issue ASAP else I should wait one more month I will be lossed for that month.

We ordered thali chain in jewellery
at pondicherry about 24 grams by fixed deposit on 24.09.2020 five months ago and paid rupees 113261 regarding critical family problem, we went on 02.03. 2021 (Tuesday) to purchase the item but there was no any response and we waited nearly 1 and half hours after that one of the employee told that we sold your order to another party asked me to wait for two days more. And we tried many times through phone calls to speak that concern man. But no one were responded . We really disappointed on your service. They told me that ordered materials will be giving on friday 05.03.2021. Kindly take necessary action and do the needful as early as possible

I am regular customer to your shop for more than a decade, but I have experienced a very bad customer support from 2 of your sales representatives for the past 2months. They don't show the product with interest and always they will be in a hurry and don't even give us a clear explanation.
Why so they take an order and take a long time to deliver.

Complaint about Lalith Jewellery
I have paid Rs 1L under advance gold purchase @Rs 5301 per gram, about 5 months back now the rate is reduced to 4500, when I reaching them they said one time customer can re-confirm the gold rate but it should be either purchase date or present day gold rate, so I thought to wait for some days to re-confirm the rate one fine day I made a cal and saying to the same guys that I coming today to reconfirm the rate simply he saying now the rule had been changed you can’t change the rate at any circumstances, u can cancel it but we can’t return the cash you have to purchase gold for that too the rate should be 5301 per gram and gst will be applicable added to that, Lalitha jewellery owner is saying everyone is cheating and stealing hard earned money from publics but real fact is rest all jewellery are far better that Lalitha jewellery, please don’t enter into Lalitha jewellery they are the real thief.

We had purchasing 2 pairs of silver leg chains in Rajamundry Branch and it was broken with in one month only .I have gone to show room I have faced worest service and they said it will not their responsibility once purchase items in the showroom.i had never faced this type of worest service and they were wasted my money and time and also quality is very poor.

Damaged product sold and worst service

We have purchased my child silver ear rings in Kukatpally and next day one ear ring damaged and I have gone to show room I have faced worest service and they said it will not their responsibility once purchase items in the showroom.i have never faced this type of worest service and they were wasted my money and time.
