[Resolved] BSNL Landline & Broadband-Chennai Telephones — PHONE DEAD - No response from BSNL for last 15 days

This is Umamaheswaran , residing at,alandur,chennai-16 .My telephone was dead for more than15 days .

I have registered the complaint on 2 week back ,but they closed the complaints without resolving the issue so , i have registered new complaint again.

WAIVE -OFF the BSNL Bill for the period it was dead ,because most of the months i use my phone only 15-20 days and pay the rent for broad band for 1 month.

yesterday i have informed about the same to ST. THOMAS MOUNT DGM ( NWO-SW ) ,but still my problem was not resolved.

Please find the complaint details attached and do the needful.

BSNL — dead my landline phone & broadband

Daer Sir
i have 250 home plan of broadband .I have been facing a problem in the net connection & land line phone from few days that many times link disappears and net is disconnected when i do the work on net
.therefore it is very disgusting .This problem occures several times in a day ..kindly look in to the matter and solve my problem

I have submitted the bsnl form at your mansarower branch 3 on 12|06|09 with all the documents and Rs 1250for land line connection&brodband as i wanted broad band connection. but i have not received any proper answer yet. if possible, piease provide me a land line connection otherwise give me proper answer in written.after 25 dayes nobody provide me phone and brodband .

sir mera phone lage1 mahina hogeya jis ka numbbar [protected] hai mene ous par broad band palan chalu karva rakha hai pahle mera palan 749 shop wala tha ab mene apna palan chenge karva liya hai ab mera palan 2150 shop wala hai par mere ko kaha gaya tha ki is me speed me koi frak nahi padega aapki broad band ki speed 2856 kb s hi rahegi par mere broadband ki speed 30 yaa 35 se aage nahi bad ti plz ise jald jald thik karvaye tenx

Last 18th April ,2011 onwards my Land No.[protected] and internet not woking. The same I informed to Angamaly Telephone Exchange and also booked electronic complaint. One day came and told that will rectify next day. But till today not rectified the complaint. So I am facing very difficulty in my business as well as my personal life. So I request you to kindly intervene in this case and make a necessary steps to solve the said problems.

BSNL — landline and broadband is dead

Dear Sir/Mam,

The phone line and Internet at my home for the number[protected] is not working from last 15 days. I have logged my complaint at the BSNL call center with the complaint number [protected] on Aug-19-2011 but no response so far. Yesterday also, I logged another request and got the docket number 1500, but still no action has been taken on my complaint.

I request you to do the needful things to reactivate my phone connection at the earliest, otherwise I am going to log a complaint in the national consumer forum and that time I wil be seeking for all the compensations from BSNL.
