Landmark Group — Very very delay of delivery of products from max online app

My name is SHINRAJ M C, I have ordered 4 baby t shirts through max app on 15.07.2020 as per the order ID no. [protected]. Out of four t shirts one has supplied after some days of placing the order. But the remaining products are not received yet after finishing 40 days from the date of order. On 22.08.2020 I have contacted with max customer care no [protected] and they told me that, this problem will solve with in 24 hours as per the complaint no. 1718037. But nothing happened with in 24 hours and I waited more than 48 hours for your reply and no reply from your side. On 24.08.2020 I again called to your customer care no. [protected], but very irritating reply only came from your customer care executive. And he asked 2 days more for some confirmation. This is very annoying and it will affect the credibility of your company. As per my request he registered a complaint regarding this and the complaint no. 1740658.
This is very bad incident from your company. Even after 40 days you people are not ready to give my product.
Please give me an urgent solution.
