Respected sir/madam,
I wish to inform you, i had received an itz cash card by hdfc visa card with validity till 9/17. Unfortunately due to a wedding and painting taking place in my house i misplaced the card, i was desperately trying to search for the same, recently i found the card only to find that the validity was expired.
I kindly request you to re-validate my card, so that i can utilize my funds amounting to rs.5000/- which is a substantial amount for me.
Hope you acknowledge my request and oblige it. Being a regular customer i request you to consider this incident and grant my funds.
