I got quotation of bharti axa (4th no.in claim settlement) on 7th sept and given cheque also on 9th sept. But on the day of my existing policy expiry 14th sept i was informed that it was mistake by your agent and now policy in bharti axa is not possible.
So i was forced to buy kotak (15th no. At claim settlement) at higher premium rate.
I made payment on 14th sept itself and was informed that i will get policy copy and cancelled cheque of bharti axa within 7 working days but still i got nothing.
I also filed complaint against keval & rohin (His superior) on 24th sept but nothing happened yet. Complaint no. 1118058
Now i confirm that landmark has cheat me and fraud company.
