I got quotation of bharti axa (4th no.in claim settlement) on 7th sept and given cheque also on 9th sept. But on the day of my existing policy expiry 14th sept i was informed that it was mistake by your agent and now policy in bharti axa is not possible. So i was forced to buy kotak (15th no. At claim settlement) at higher premium rate. I made payment on 14th sept itself and was informed that i will get policy copy and cancelled cheque of bharti axa within 7 working days but still i got nothing. I also filed complaint against keval & rohin (His superior) on 24th sept but nothing happened yet. Complaint no. 1118058 Now i confirm that landmark has cheat me and fraud company. Nov 3, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved Received Policy document yesterday.
But Landmark is not an honest company as they cheated me and taken more money from me for the worst policy on the last day of my existing policy expiry. Landmark Insurance Brokers / PolicyBoss.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
