I gave an order for pizza at nift jodhpur which was supposed to be delivered with another order for the same location. 2 hrs later i call for update and I'm informed that the other order is on hold so mine is being delayed too. On making multiple calls and enquiries, i was told that I will be informed if i will be receiving the order at all. After that, i received no call neither did they receive any call thereafter.
This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional. The least they could do is inform me about the same. At this time and hour, it is impossible to get anything to eat here. From such a renowned franchise, this is the worst kind of behaviour i never even expected. Please respect your customers and their needs if you are running a franchise at all.
