I placed an order at 8:25 PM. And delivery time shown was 45 minutes but actually they took one amd half hour to deliver the same. That is double the time in which it was expected to be delivered. So I called the outlet which is sector 31 Gurgaon outlet And told him about the late delivery. The food was too cold so I told him to give refund for my order. But he denied and also told me that you should have returned the order to the delivery boy and waited for another 45 to 1 hour to deliver back your order so that it is hot. Why should I wait for so long when I was expected to wait only for 45 minutes I want a refund for the same and the inconvenience caused.
Pls resolve my complaint as soon as possible

We have ordered pizza worth 871 rupees on Saturday 30th July [protected]@ 9.15 PM from madinaguda, Hyderabad branch since it is raining. Unfortunately, after waiting for an hour we did not receive any order when we enquired about it via phone they told us the order is ready but they were unable to deliver it since they got an issue with delivery partner. Which they are not supposed to accept order in first place when they got this problem.
We told them we cannot come to store if they cannot deliver it they need to cancel the order and refund our money. They agreed with this point we left it there. Later at that night around at 11:30 PM i received call from their delivery guy saying that they are here to deliver the order. We refused to take it and we did not even step out of our home since it is already agreed up on cancellation. Later that night they marked order as delivered and told us they can still provide the refund.
Now, after talking for 2days they are saying we received the order hence they cannot refund since it is marked as delivered

I had placed an ordered or ₹695.1.and paid it online .the store cancelled the order from there side and didn't refunded my money back.

I gave an order for pizza at nift jodhpur which was supposed to be delivered with another order for the same location. 2 hrs later i call for update and I'm informed that the other order is on hold so mine is being delayed too. On making multiple calls and enquiries, i was told that I will be informed if i will be receiving the order at all. After that, i received no call neither did they receive any call thereafter.
This kind of behaviour is highly unprofessional. The least they could do is inform me about the same. At this time and hour, it is impossible to get anything to eat here. From such a renowned franchise, this is the worst kind of behaviour i never even expected. Please respect your customers and their needs if you are running a franchise at all.

I hve ordered pizza from la pino’z on 12th of may in wrong outlet by mistake but they cancel my order and inform me that i received my refund in 2-7 days of ordering but still till date i didn’t get my refund money.

The bogo offer is not available at ppr lapinoz Jalandhar

I have ordered 3 pizza from La Pinoz through Zomato. The all of them are too cold and are not chewable and they also don’t send any cutlery and carry bag with the order. And the main thing i noticed is that in the menu of La Pinoz the price of those pizzas i ordered is less than the prize listed on Zomato. Its like a cheating, they have done with their customers. Please take an urgent action regarding this

I orderd three food items . One sweet cheese corn pizza, supreme bread, cheese macaroni all were tasteless nd base of the pizza was soo hard one cannot not even take a bite. Macroni was just another scam. They should return my money such a waste of money and time if they are nit capable of providing good service they should close their outlets

Please stop sending promotional messages on this number.
I've discontinued it several times but every time I order, I start receiving promos within a day or two.
It's very irritating, I don't need it ! I don't have the patience for it.
Whenever I need a pizza I'll call you but please don't assume that if you offer cheaper deals I'll dive in !!
Stop this once and for all
