Datawind Ubislate — Charger of tablet is faulty | |||
I was purchase Ubislate 7C+ on 13th Feb, 2013. After that i was found, Charger of that device was faulty. I talked with customer care o[censored]bislate. So his executive said that you have to send that charger at our Amritsar office. So i had courier on 20th Feb, 2013. My courier reached on 24th Feb, 2013. After receiving My courier they didn't gave me any confirmation from his side. then i gave call on 26th Feb,2013 and one executive said your courier received on 24th feb, and we will repair and we will send back to you within 8 to 10 days. After that i gave so many calls and emails to them, but all time new executive said we will send that charger within 8 to 10 days and they didn't gave any reply of any emails from "[protected]@datawind.com" this mail id. Device have 1 year warranty. Now they are not sending me new charger or repairable charger. Was this information helpful? | |||
