[Resolved]  Larsen & Toubro — Fraud -money taken for fraud job assurance

Respected Sir, My name is SUMIT ROY. On 7th June, 2014, I got a call from NASEEM BHATTACHRYA( mobile no.[protected]).He said that he is calling from L&T placement division-Bangalore.He has picked up my resume from a job portal. He asked me to deposit Rs.12, 300/- to include my name in a training session in Bhubaneshwar for onward job placement in accounts.He said that money is to be deposited in the name of ANSHUL SHARMA-SBI A/C No.[protected] immediately. I deposited the money into the said account.Then again on 11th June, 2014, he called me & told me that the training has been finalised & I have to deposit another sum of Rs.10, 000/- in the name of SUMIT KUMAR-the training co-ordinator in his SBI A/C No.[protected], which I again deposited. NASEEM BHATTACHRYA confirmed me both the amount.He also took my United Bank of India A/C No.which I gave. After that, there was no response from any of them. Earlier, whenever I called NASEEM BHATTCHARYA for the training programme, he said that he will let me know & kept delaying. After that he said that he is not in the country & in Japan.Now, whenever I am trying his mobile no. he is not picking up the call & mostly his cell no. is switched off.Under the circumstances, I feel helpless & realise that my total money of Rs.22, 300/- is lost. Sir, If this is the way people are using your company's name & taking money for fraud job assurance, then your company's goodwill will be totally lost.I urged you to please look into the matter ASAP & arrange to refund my amount of Rs.22, 300/- & take these fraud people to task.
