I have purchased earphone from patron official webpage on dated 17-jul - 2020, but still not getting any delivery status. Trying to conn ct with company but no responce on ticket or mails, whenever tracking delivery status anytime it shows out for pickup or pickup rescheduled. So pls help me out for this issue.

                    2 left sided earbuds came in one pack and now i replace this product..

                      The above said earphones r faulty as the tend not work at times and some irritating sounds comes from it
                      Its has manufacturing defect of some kind

                      I have contacted the ptrons site for last 10 days but there is response from there end as it was told on website any returns or complaints contact ptron website so i did the same but getting no response from there end as it was delivered me from latestone.com so complainngy against both the website as well the ptron site
                      Such bad experience ssshhhhh

                            Cancel my order number sl3256765. By mistake i had placed the order. I don't want the product. I had checked on the website to cancel the order but not found anything to cancel my order. Please note this order is cod and if you don't cancel it any way i will not accept the delivery.                                     The product purchased is more noisy and low volume. I was not satisfied as expected by me.

                                    If possible I will upgrade to the new PTRON Avento Pro instead of PTRON Avento.
