Please keep the product ready with invoice copies & accessories and ensure it is properly packaged to avoid transit damage. We will confirm once we received the product to our fulfilment centre. After confirmation, we will provide replacement or refund as per your request Refund : if it is a cod order we will take the bank account details through refund link then we will process for the refund For prepaid orders no need of sharing the bank details we will refund through the Payment gateway through which you had paid us.
