Hi, I have purchased the Ptron Tangent evo BT headset on 21/06/2020, and the order id is PT137350, till now i have not gotten any update on this, tried to call their customer service many times, created a support ticket. busy every time. Jun 26, 2020 Updated by HariGanesh Mohanasundaram Got the call from Latestone after 15mins of this complaint, they said they will refund me the amount back.
