[Resolved]  Latestone.com — customer support team is not replying according to their return policy on website.

They are not responding according to the return policy they have mentioned on their website:

1. They clearly mentioned if item purchased cost more than 300 INR it has 7 days return policy and what they replied me over email . is just 4 days.
2. They are asking for me to courier the product back, but as per their return policy, its clearly mention they can process the pickup of product i Pin code fall in their purview, question is if they they will deny to this, how come they will have pin code in their purview to deliver this item to me first of all ?.
3. I asked the team me to send me proper detail response to my question they are keep repeating or sending the same email again and again.

Its a request to Consumer forum to look into this issue which is posted here seriously, after 1-2 days from their email communication to me if the are agree to fulfil the words according to their return policy terms.
