[Resolved] Latestone.com — Damage product delivered but they are not returning it even after acceptance from their end | |||||
I have ordered a smart watch, it got delivered to me but it was kinda damaged. I have requested for return the watch. they accepted that it is damaged but even after multiple chase up they are not taking it back. they are not replying now of my queries. I have reverted back the product with tracking no. Z80797906.
also i have raised a request for reversal of the amount. Can you please let me know when i can get my back.
Amount to be refunded: 2499 + 140 =2639 Rs in my account.
This has been more than alot of time. Your customer no is always busy they are not responding back.
Please let me know otherwise i am bound to go legal.
