[Resolved] Latestone.com — Damaged Product Received | |||
Honorable Forum, I just want your help to resolve such dramatic online shopping issue wherein i had purchased 01 back cover of my mobile (Xperia M2) @ 450 Rs From LatestOne.com on 1st of Aug'15, which was received in damaged condition so I logged a complaint on the portal of LatestOne.com for the same & they ensured that I would be receiving the resolution within a week (Complaint Number -826369) but neither resolution received nor anybody contacted, it seems very pathetic customer support. Even I've reopened the complaint & once again I got same revert that someone will pick up the damage product, then they will process the refund procedure. It's not just the matter of Money it's the harassment of consumer rights therfore I request this forum take a strict action against such pathetic online shopping sites & also provide me the judgement.
