I purchased dazon cigret lighter + watch from latestone.com i received the faulty product. After using it 2 - 3 times battery went dead and now it does not get charged. I am very upset as i trusted this shopping website and bought my first product and my experience has been very disappointing. I need a refund for this product. I now believe that this is a fake shopping website who takes money delivers faulty product.

Updated by Roshiferns Latestone.com has refused to refund/replace the product...I don't believe how this shopping website can cheat everyone...I have read so many complaints about this website...I cannot believe how I trusted this website.. It's clear that they purposely delivers faulty products as I have read so many similar complaints...I want the money refunded or product replaced or I am going to take this upper as I have many people along with my to support my case.
