Dear sir/madam,

With reference to the below mentioned complaint no. 354771, hereby i would like to inform you that the defective item was picked by one mr. Sunil (Mobile no.[protected]).

When asked for an acknowledgement for having received the defective item, he informed that it will be updated in the mail. But so far, i have not received any mail confirmation.

Please confirm the receipt of the item and arrange for refund at the earliest.

Once again i urge you to give me the contact details of latestone office/contact person etc.

Matter most urgent.

We have processed your return request against order id () reverse pickup has been assigned and one of our courier agencies will reach you in next 2-4 business days.

Please keep the product ready with invoice copies & accessories and ensure it is properly packaged to avoid transit damage.

We will initiate for refund from our side once we receive product to our fulfillment center.

Note : please note that for all the prepaid transactions, it might take 7-15 working days for the amount to be reflected into your account once we complete the transaction.

Please note that saturday, sunday and festival days will not be counted as working days.

The picture quality in VR Box was not good and also doesn't have any button to change picture or video so I want to replaced my order to a better VR Box, even if the price raise to get a better VR box doesn't matter so plz send me a better VR box
