[Resolved] Latestone.com — defective piece in box

When I open the box to see the product and I go the charging just I put charger inside its plastic already defective I really disappointed for this I want refundable I don't like this product and I am not satisfied from your product and Your company I have already done the return policy submitted I don't get any reply. Please do needful asap.
