[Resolved] Latestone.com — did not get refund of faulty power bank

ordered a powerbank from latestone.com and i got a used and faulty item. I tried calling their customer care number but they are not responding .i have also provided them my bank details. This is second time iam lodging a complaint against them.. i would also be filling a case here at local consumer court this time .
