I purchased flip cover on dated 18.09.2016&paid amount through online but till today it not received, for it I called to customer but they not respond., please help me, otherwise I will complain in police station.please take action against it &help me, and stop fraud. Take it seriously, I called to customer no. of time but they not respond

My smart watch was not working. It was only worked on 3_4 days. After this it was not stat.
Requeat you to please resolve my issue
I had also trying to called to your help line numbers but they didnot received my call.
I had called more then 50 times.
