Latestone.com — I have purchased earphone from patron official webpage on dated 17-july - 2020, but still not getting any delivery status

I have purchased earphone from patron official webpage on dated 17-jul - 2020, but still not getting any delivery status. Trying to conn ct with company but no responce on ticket or mails, whenever tracking delivery status anytime it shows out for pickup or pickup rescheduled. So pls help me out for this issue.
