[Resolved] Latestone.com — latestone.com not sending their courier boy to pick the order

The return policy of latestone.com is worst.
I ordered a watch from latestone.com, the mrp written on that was around ₹4500 and they were offering it in ₹599 + ₹49 delivery charges. But the quality of the watch is so cheap and it is worth of ₹50 to 100 only according to me. They claim that user can return the item if the user found the item's quality is not good but now they are saying that you have to send the item through courier, why should i courier to them, they should send the delivery boy to collect that order as every company does. I want my full refund i. E ₹648 asap.
Note: i am not going to courier that item to you.
