Hi, My name is Bibit Babu, I have placed an order id ( SO2959522 ) of watch on 11th october 2016 and received on 16th october, when I opened the cover box I have found it as defected piece since it's strap Spring Bar is not fixed and broken, I have raised a complaint in response to it one agent from reverse logistics has picked up the watch with invoice bill but I have not yet received and refund, please do the needful ASAP.
