I have ordered an earphone worth Rs.299 by online payment mode.but i didn't receive my order till 20 to 21 days, , when i contacted customer care she told that my order id is wrongly updated, so i told her to cancel the order and she cancelled it, but till date i have not received my refund.i have placed my order on 18 dec 2015 and now its 1 month and still i have not received my refund.here are some details regarding my order.
