I have placed an order for "power Bank" for mobile and also made payment online.but till date nothing is materialised ;neither update on the status of dispatch nor anyone picking the call.seems this type of attitude spoils the faith of 2 the people going for online purchase. planning to send notice followed complain in consumer court.if not responded.
