I have purchased power bank for apple 5S on 18th Feb 2016 with order number SO1493694 with LatestOne.com The item is not performing as expected. I want to return the item back to you and get my refund back which is of Rs 999 The tried reaching their customer care[protected] several times but they didn't answer my call. I also tried reaching them through their email which was :[protected]@latestone.com, But my email got bounced back. So let me know what should be done in this case for my refund.
