[Resolved] Latestone.com — Product not yet delivered nor money is being refunded

Order no so1582166 dated 04.03.2016, product is not yet delivered till date. Received a call from customer care that wont be able to deliver product because of some issues. But money has not been refunded instead of repeated reminders. Helpline is bogus never picks up a call. No response from the site. Already paid 2000.00 but till date site is not responding at all.
Please help me to get my money back. And all such bogus sites should be closed.
