[Resolved]  Latestone.com — Product refund but not get money back

I had purchase a watch from latestone.com, which was not working so i return it but for returning also they took several days that also they done because i had complaint on consumer complaints forum then i got call from latestone then they says they will take the product back from me within 48 hours so i asked them how i will get my money back they told after returning u will get money back within 7 days but still i dont get any call from them its been more then 10 days after returning the product what is this are they cheating with me first they send me not working now they took their product back and now they had taken my money also
