I had ordered subject pen drive for my one plus 2 mobile and on receipt it was found unsuitable for the mobile and matter was reported to your support team who in turn arranged to collect the same vide pickup receipt/[protected]/paired (so1619754) dtd 25/03/2016. however despite sending e-mails to your support team i have not received any reply as to whether you will replace the same or re-imburse the amount collected from me as cod. you are requested to please resolve the issue immediately.
