[Resolved] Latestone.com — Refund not processed and no history of order | |||||
I ordered the below item in latestone.com Order no : SO774981 Paid for that item in credit card and came to know that out of stock later. I was told that i will get refund shortly. Their website says refund took 21 days for credit card. No updates from them. Almost a month has crossed. Was this information helpful? | |||||

We apologise for the inconvenience caused. This issue has been escalated to our customer support. Please beware of on-line fraudster, Latestone.com do not ask for bank details/credit card or debit card detail on phone calls and we do not call our customers from mobile numbers.

Latest One is the worst shopping site which sucks money with dumb products.
Their entire company is a scam, they have connections with fraud guys to hunt their own customers.

I try calling them again, now the mobile is switched off.
I doubt whether it is a fake call for getting my bank details.
I wonder why they are asking my bank details, even they need only nationalized bank and not private bank.
They are asking debit /credit card number with the expiry date.
Lot of other complaints shows that, they haven't take any action.
Is there any way to charge them legally for these online fraud..
