A monthback ihad ordered vr headset. It was received in damagad condition. Reverse pick up was done.Inspite ofrepeated emails after furnihing bank detail refund is yet to be received. Again i have given bank a/c details for second time. Why ther is so much of lethargy in refundthe company only acknowledges emails with out any action, the customer care department is also not responsive. Iam buying articles from other online trading companies and i hav never faced any difficulty in getting back the refund for returned damaged articleo
