I had ordered for Bluetooth earphones, Then due to some issues.. I cancelled the order I cancelled the order on the same day of ordering Though I did, they have delivered it. When I gave the cancellation of order, they said they'll contact soon, but no one did!! Today they have delivered the product without contacting me. I wasn't there in home, They have just delivered it without my permission to my parents without confirmation. Parents thought we ordered them and made payment. How irresponsible are they? Isn't it necessary to contact the person who ordered. Customer care never connects!! We'll file up a case if this repeats!
