[Resolved]  Latestone.com — Send the empty box inspite of order - worst customer service and heights of cheating

I purchased LGwirelsss blue tooth headset from latestone and I received empty box in spite of it and raised ticket( #825015 )confirming the same and its been one month no update on it .Whenever I called to the customer care number enquiring the status it says all are busy and its been the same tone me hearing every time I call them and I placed almost 80 calls and one of them got lifted fortunately but it got disconnected in the middle. Poor customer service and poor delivery service and they wont have rating system or feedback system for the product at least. Please don't buy from this and don't be a looser like me.
