[Resolved] Latestone.com — They are not refunding and not picking up the defective product | |||||
Recently i bought headphone orderid: so1647327 from latestone.com, i thought the site will be genuine but was wrong. This headphone was not as per what was shown on the image in site and defective (Fake) product. So, i created a service request (195473) for returning the product, they said person from courier will be coming to collect the reverse pickup with in 7 days. After waiting for 10 days i looked up the service request it was closed by them not sure why so i mailed them again now they are saying there is no reverse pick up facility in my area, i live in ahmedabad's navrangpura area which is within the city and they are not providing reverse pick up? And asking me to send the product back why should i take all the trouble for this pathetic product. Now, i want my money back thats it, whether they pickup the product or not.
