A complain was logged at this site on 20th august 2017, for the order id: lo6010368, yet no action was taken from the company's side. No representatives have been sent so that i can return the damaged wrist watch that was delivered to on 19th august 2017.

This goes to all the people who do online shopping, that do not order any product from latestone.com, as they deliver damaged items and their return policies are even horrible.

Customer care service is disgusting.

Updated by Dolon Das There was no call from your end on my given mobile number. please do not lie. If you had really tried to solve the problem then you would have sent your representative to solve the matter. Its been 5 days from the date of the complain.
