I placed order of watch in latestone.com. I got delivery at correct time but the delivered watch is not in working condition and the delivered watch is not same as they showed in photo. I have read the return policy and tried to make it return but i am unable to make it return instead of going according to their steps. They are not accepting my request of return policy.
