I have received a watch which is not working at all.i can only able to set time the watch was not working.i have tried to call u for several times they say that all the customer are busy wait for few minutes.i have waited for a long time I can't able to stay connected with u.i need a refund for this watch.s o please resolve my problem.A brand new watch is not working.

Updated by Kitukinni I am kiran kittu I have ordered a watch in latestone.which is not functioning.i have tried calling them there customer care did not respond .I have posted an complaint .the complaint has been posted then I opened latestone complaint page it shows error.i want my money back.i didn't use that watch for 2 mins also.i there is no reply from you I will go to consumer court.my order number is SO2960346.then I have called the person who delivered me I called him he told that it is waste i[censored] ask to them also.i will not leave this issue.i need a solution for this.
