Hi, I have placed an order of watch on 11th october 2016, Order no. is SO2959522 and received on 16th october, when I opened the cover box I have found it's defected piece as it's strap Spring Bar is not fixed and broken, I want the amount to be refund, I have attached the image of the broken Watch strap Spring Bar, I have raised a complaint and the ticket no. is 488536, I also tried reaching customer care but every time I call customer care number I am getting message that "our executives are busy attending customers so be on hold" but I am not getting any response, please do the needful ASAP.

I ordered smart watch. That's not good so I returned last month 16th SEP 2016. almost 30 days before but i not get any call or meg. From ur side.
