I have received your product, order id: lo9224905 order date: 7/17/2018 on 21st july 2018. I want this to refund and retake because it cannot connect to my mobile phone as ur product is defective. Kindly request to do necessary action. As soon as possible. Please make sure that ur product is good before delivery.
