Lava data cable not working properly still it is in warranty.

Software version 11 is not working properly. It is not supporting screenshot option draging down with three fingers in lava z6. Please fix it and solve this problem as soon as possible.

Battery backup problem hai

I did Bought the Lava Probuds Bluetooth headphones at an introductory price of ₹1 during launch period. I did use it for two months and then there was some manufacturing defects in that so i ordered replacement for that I also received my replacement after 15 Days for as a new product but i didn't receive any new bill in respect of that product series.
Next after two months same defects found for the same and again I placed replacement but lava care refused to do so as the serial number not was matching. I did write several mails regarding this to the Lava care i received back calls who responded that they would be resolving it and the matter is submitted to higher authorities. But still after 6-7 months i haven't received any back response from their side and the product has proven to be waste due to its after sales service.
My complaint is to stop these types of fraudulent acts which are executed by big companies towards customer.

Worst service and show room in Vizianagaram as we purchased LAVA phone six months back it got complaint about charging so we given for service he repaired that but the speaker problem has arise from that, again we gave for repair it was not done properly and additionally show room person broken the display which causes lot of inconvenience to us.
We need justice and replace the item with new

Over hanging problem
Sometimes incoming call not showing in display
Very slow working process
Software issue
Sometimes try to make call but keypad not show in display

When phone is lock and call coming than in screen show black, means when incoming call come in lock screen they nothing show

Hello, i buy my lava z1pro phone last yr and at that time this phone was very awesome and before 10 days also phone is working smoothly but now my phone is showing 4g net sign but itwas not working and the company from where is buy my sim card message me that this phone is not supporting network but i am not understanding why this happen becoz earlier it was giving me super fast net connection so why not now???? And also they told me to upgrade my phone and then i checked for updates but my phone is giving me notification that the phone is updated already ???? So can you please solve my prblm ...

Dear Lava Mobile,
I bought Lava Z66 mobile with great confidence.I had taken mobile on 27th February 2021. It worked fine for few days but after few days volte connection stopped. After this went to Lava Service Center. After he did the software, the phone got ok.
Then after 2 days the same problem started happening. After that again went to the service center. He did software again. I got very upset. Because I took the phone with great anticipation.Every time I do software, all my data gets deleted. I have suffered a lot. Because I used to make videos for YouTube from this phone. But due to this problem the video could not be made. I have lost 70000 thousand rupees. I want to answer this.

Cemra what's app crom all apps not responding wait

Before talking with anyone, why Autobot shout that "your call has been recorded" and also the person in another call can hear the voice of "your call has been recorded".
I want to keep my call recorded but don't want this sound, Please help me stop that.

I m lava phone coustumer..i buy a lava phone.bt there sob defects.. so i give phone to lava service center..bt after 6month i dont get my phone.they dont give my phone.. please resolve my issue..i am from malda district..and i give the phone to air voice... which is located in chanchal.. district-malda state-west bengal

We put chargers around 12hrs still mobile not switching on

For some days ... there has been no network on my Lava Z61pro handset (I use Vodafone 4G ).Today (28/5/21), I removed the sim and then again I inserted the Sim ... now it is showing only "E" in the network, no 4G volte service is available . I thought there was some problem in my Sim, so I changed the Sim ( I used Jio, Airtel), but still same problems are occurring . Kindly fix this with SOFTWARE UPDATE, because your mobile service center services are third class( I can assure you ), they r just good for nothing, they take hours of hours for repair but still in most of the cases they fail to resolve the problem( This problem I faced in a Lava service center in my city Kolkata).
