In mahendranagar nepal service center, that shopkeeper is very bad, alcoholic and drug addict as well..
he always tries to get more money by doing small work also... and no need to say about delay work.
he dont know how to talk with customers...
even he start taking numbers of girls..
please i want him to eradicate from list of service center and give this facility to other shop...
my humble request..once threaten him

        I bought my Lava z61 in last year February after some months it's start to hanging I updated it verson but the problem was not solved my phone keeps hanging. A few months ago I do factory reset in hope that it works proparly but not work I am very frustrated now it have a new problem when I open my app it automatically closed have to start it again do something I can't buy a new one.i hope you help me.

          I purchased a Lava Z66 model mobile phone through Amazon (Order no.[protected] & Invoice no. IN-41 dt. 22/08/2020 for Rs. 8499/-. Due to poor quality (very thin & fragile) the display glass developed cracks since beginning and finally got broken in the corner.
          On contacting Lava's authorised service centre M/s Vishwin Solutions, Ambattur they demanded an amount of Rs. 3800/-, a little less than half the cost of the phone. Even after requesting through many mails they are adamant in not reducing the repair cost.
          Thus, with poor quality material of parts not covered under warranty they cheat customer in the name of spare parts. Kindly intervene for replacing my display free of cost or at a nominal cost.

                  I have bought lava z91 smartphones on 6 jul 2019 from amazon. It just less than a year and the phones starts making problems such as
                  ° unnecessary heating up
                  ° slow processing
                  ° auto power off for long time
                  ° game doens't running well
                  ° ram is lagging too much
                  Please do something about this..
                  I have got 2 years warranty with it

                      Today i have encountered a sudden switch off of my lava handset. I visited your service center located at m i road jaipur but they people denied to service the handset stated that your phone is drop in water but the handset is not dropped in water and its in a fully dry state attaching photos clicked post visiting service center. The guy at your service center had misconducted and did not opened the hand set in front of me & given false statement.                         I would like state that few months back on 24/10/19 i have bought the lava gem phone from a retailer new fashion, gar-ali jorhat-785001. The phone has turned out to be defective having repeated sound and server problems, attenuation issues. Till now i have visited the service centre two times but i have not got any solution, along with it they hesistae to even change the phone as this model has a provision if found defected under warranty time.

                          This phone lava z1 flair is reg. By the name of sunita. We have purchased it with bill from mk mobile mini store at virar west nr. Station. The lava z1 flair is theft on 10.10.19 by a man and the fir is reg. With police on same date.
                          Police has informed us to inform the respective mobile company that is lava compant to deactivate the lava z1 flair phone with the imei no. So that the person would not be able o misuse it

                            My lava z91 is not supporting any banking applications since the time i bought it. Everytime i install one, it keeps showing that my device is rooted and it is not passing integrity checks. I need a solution for this. I checked with other third-party applications in which i am informed that the device is not rooted at all. So i can't even unroot it anyway. I searched a lot for a solution and still cannot find one. What to do?

                                It swithoff many times automatically and too hot when it use 10 minutes and its battery is very bad when i use it its very fast decharge totally i give it 0 number. When i use in facebook it is auto switch. I complaints it many time but i heva no response at any time after that i call lava customer care but there also i have no response.                                   After two weeks using z62 i face some software issues like system ui stopped. Then i went to service center give it to technician, he examine and said this problem is not done here, so i return it to factory... This is done one week before till no response from that service center.. And lava care so what i do now?

                                    "www.3gsite.com" is been opening by its own in an android default browser (The earth logo browser)... Even through i've set the default browser as chrome but when i continue to open any app's link from some other app i. E what's app, instagram etc it automatically opens in android browser (Earth logo) rather than chrome which i've set as default browser. I've formatted my lava phone 3-4 times... And there is no any issue of viruses coz i do check my android 2 times a month... Am getting sick of it what is this nonsense happening to me... Pls give me the true solution to that

                                      I bought lava z60s it has 3 months old. But i have face a problem with my phone. When my phone is working slowly or it was hang then i restart or power off my phone but after power on or after restart my phone is showing "your android data is corrupt please factory reset your phone".
                                      However i go service center in sealdah for solve my problem. But they charge rs 350 for servicing my phone within the warranty period.
                                      Why lava care charge for servicing within warranty period?? ☹️ this is very illogical and unfaithful.
