Dear sir / mam i have complaint about lava cell phone company i bought lava cell phone on[protected] it has 12 months warranty given by lava company but nowadays this phone shows lots of problems 1st mainly big problem is network issue, battery issue, speaker issue .three days ago i went lava customer care and they checked my phone but they cannot repair my phone they demand money for repair the phone so dear sir/mam please solve my problem and file the case aginst lava company

Main chahta hu ki lava service center faizabad road shakti nagar lucknow 226016 ko terminate kar diya jaaye mere mobile repair karaane ke baad bhi mera phone sahi se nhi chal rha h maine doosri battery fill lagwayi h phir bhi mere phone main battery nhi rook rhi h
Mujhe fresh battery nhi receive hue h aap isko action main lijiye i request from you.

I purchased lava laptop (Twin pad) a year back. Within a month laptop start giving problem. I submitted that laptop to the showroom from where i purchased that laptop and they send that laptop to delhi as they don't have any technical help available in mumbai. After a month back i received my laptop back from showroom saying that company replaced some parts from that laptop. But within a week i faced the same problem. Now again i gave that laptop to the service center to repair but now they are asking to pay charges as the product is out of warranty. Also the first time they send a laptop as it is without any repair. Also the first time i received a call from the service center saying to repair they received a quotation from lava of around 2000 rupees. Now they are saying they change some more part in that laptop and asking me to pay 3000 rupees.
Simply they are cheating by giving the faulty product to customers.
I will advise to for the reputed electronics products better than lava. Lookwise their product is too good but performance wise they are worst.

I am writing this letter with my deepest heart. I feel disheartened to get serviced by lava. My lava tab t 70, which i bought on 24/10/2018, is under warranty period, when i submitted the same at lava service centre at bankura, west bengal on jan 23, 2019 first time with a reason of memory not functioning. It took almost 20 days to repair before handing over the set to me, but to my surprise, the existing problem remains same. I again submitted the set there, it took another 25 days to repair before handing over the same to me. When they handed over the set to me it was 22 march 2019. It was more painful this time when i got to know that my set would not booting this time.
Again i had to submit the set to the same utility center at bankura, this time the mechanic said it would take another 15 days. Please calculate the tat.
That has been really a joke with me. The latest is waiting for me when i ultimately get the set on 2nd april 2019. After using the set for 4 days, i again faced the same earlier problem showing memory card not deducted.
I am in distress and in pain by favouring lava tab. Right now no is listening to me; i have been without set for the last two months. Shame on lava for its service level.
I need immediate intervention on this

From beginning the लावा a97 2gb phone. Purcheged through emazone
The phone is ringing after few minutes later automatically incoming ring tone off i went to service center formated but till now the problem is found so take necessary steps exchange or repair as soon as possible due to warenty period purcheged on 17'/8/18 invoice no-del5-368773 wireless

One day in settings i put a profile pic in user and after sometime i wanted to delete it but when i tried to delete it it was not deleting now i tried a lot of things to remove the pic but it is not able to delete i request you to please tell that how can i delete my profile pic o[censored]ser in settings i have a mobile of lava a77 please tell a solution for this it's urgent.

I am using lava x50 plus mobile.. Since 2 yrs some time it shows the contact names and some time it doesn't show the contact name when we open contacts app it shows the contact list being updated it takes more time to recover... It is my long days problem pls give me the solution and it doesn't shows the any contacts on devices in phone sim card or email id contacts it takes 2 or 3 days for showing the contacts pls help me and tell me how to solve this problem it is my long days problem

I am using lava x41 plus from last 1 year but i am un satisfied with it. I have checkup my handset two times but there is nothing improvement in it. It has network and calling problems. When i use net sometimes it does not work. It show on display your internet connection is off. Sometimes when i used to call any other then it disconnect again and again. Sometimes it shows network error although others handsets work on that place very successful ly.

When i purchased this phone it's battery got discharged within 1 hour and it does not sent me any message or notification related to updating my phone system and its features. I just wanna request you humbly that please fix this problem as soon as it is possible for you. I would be grateful if you accept my request and act upon it as fast as you can.

Dear sir,
I bought lava iris 50 few days ago from abroad. I forgot its security pattern. For solving the issue, I was re-installing its operating system through my personal computer but unfortunately while installation the electricity was failed. After this when i tried again to power on the mobile by putting its battery into it, it seems totally dead. After putting into it its battery, its is not getting on now.
please give me some guide lines or suggest the right way to power on the mobile and re-install the operating system.
if possible guide me about your nears customer care center in Pakistan the province of Punjab so that i could visit easily.
I will be thankful to you for your kind cooperation.

Dear sir, i bought mi mobile rs.8000 from bhalla mobile repair vill. Soban majra, teh. Nalagarh, distt. Solan, (H. P), at 27 march 2018. But that phone was not charging. Next day, i returned this phone of bhalla mobile repair. Shopkeeper returned that phone company. But the phone didn't come for 2 months. After 2 months shopkeeper gave us the new mobile of lava. But that phone also got worse after 4 months. Then 20 days later shopkeeper returned us to the mobile. But that phone got spoiled 2 months later. When we went to the seller that our phone got damaged again. Seller said that this phone will be in the company again. But when we ask for money back. So they mistreated with me. Sir, at basti district, uttar pradesh, the lava care personnel are very short tempered and careless, they are not taking handset for service, before some days i have taken service, but they have not solve my simple handset problem, and they are always calling me for next day, its enough, i fedup and fully disappoint from this lava set and lava care. I was fan of lava and i have purchased so many lava handset, still i have 2 more, but today my experience is very bad from this bloody phone.

I purchased lava z70 mobile on 25 august 2018. I use my headset only for my weekend traveling purpose, for listening music. But 2weeks before right ear in headset has stopped... Today the left ear of headset also stopped. My headset is completely useless now. I haven't misuesd the headset. Please do the needful. I didn't expect quality-less product from lava.

Sir my lava z60 phone from yesterday suddenly its touch mis behave sometimes it works and some times it does not work in a specific location on the screen and phone is in warranty there is no other problem in my phone and where the touch does not work at that specific point the phone gets hot and when i lock and unlock my phone or i clean the screen of my phone after cleaning it starts working but unfortunately it again stops working

I bought a lava z60s 2 weeks ago, it gets very hot whenever i use internet. I'm using a very few apps 2-3.. And made sure that i'm using one app at a time even though the phone is heating up so quickly. It's really disappointing, i need quick solution for this.. Lava authority should usher me to solve this otherwise i will lodge a complaint in consumer court.

Nagar, uttrakhand, pin 262308, द्वारा वाटर डैमेज बताकर सर्विस सेंटर में मोबाईल को सही न किये जाने तथा सही करने का चार्ज 2100 /= रुपया लगभग बताने के सम्बन्ध में | जबकि मोबाईल में पानी नहीं गया है तथा मोबाईल टचस्क्रीन को छोड़कर शेष फोन कार्य कर रहा है | तथा lava कंपनी lava international ltd. Corporate address, a-56, sector – 64, noida - 201301, up, india, tel:[protected] को भी अवगत कराने तथा lava कंपनी को इस सम्बन्ध में नोटिस प्राप्त होने के एक माह बाद भी अब तक कोई सहयोग नहीं किये जाने के कारण मोबाईल को वारंटी के अन्दर सही कराने के सम्बन्ध में |
महोदय /महोदया
1. यह कि उपभोक्ता द्वारा लावा कंपनी का उपरोक्त मोबाईल फोन दिनांक 27 अक्टूबर 2017 को गौरीशंकर कोम्यूनीकेशन खटीमा से रुपया 6200 /= में नगद खरीदा गया | जिसका बिल संलग्न है |
2. यह कि कुछ माह बाद ही मोबाईल के टच स्क्रीन के उपरी दायें भाग में कार्य न करने की दिक्कत आने लगी |
3. यह कि दिनांक 9 अगस्त 2018 को जब मोबाईल को उपभोक्ता द्वारा उपरोक्त वर्णित om sai enterprises melaghat road khatima (Lava सर्विस सेंटर)में ले जाया गया तो उनके द्वारा मोबाईल खोलकर उसके अन्दर एक गुलाबी मोनिटर दिखाया गया | और बताया गया कि इस मोबाईल का टचस्क्रीन मोबाईल के अन्दर पानी जाने से ख़राब हुआ है | क्योंकि मोबाईल के अन्दर लगाये गए वाटर इंडिकेटर का रंग लाल दिख रहा है |
4. महोदय यह यदि पानी जाने से मोबाईल का टच स्क्रीन ख़राब होता तो मोबाईल का अन्य भाग भी कार्य नहीं करता | तथा पूरा टच स्क्रीन कार्य नहीं करता | तथा बैटरी आदि भी फूलकर सार्ट सर्किट भी हो जाता | जबकि मोबाईल में पानी जाने जैसी कोई समस्या मौजूद नहीं है क्योंकि मोबाईल के अन्दर कहीं पानी भी नहीं गया है |
5. Lava कंपनी द्वारा मोबाईल के अन्दर लगाये गए, वातावरण की नमी से ही रंग बदलकर फोन के अन्दर पानी घुसने की गलत रीडिंग बताने वाले वाटर इंडिकेटर के रंग को आधार बनाकर मोबाईल में पानी जाने की बात सर्विस सेंटर द्वारा बतायी गयी |
6. यह कि फेस बुक तथा अन्य सोसलमीडिया का अवलोकन करने पर ज्ञात हुआ है कि lava कंपनी पूर्व में भी ग्राहकों को उनके मोबाईल में अन्य खराबियां होने पर, वारंटी प्रियड में सही करने से बचने के लिए उनको लिक्विड डेमेज बताकर पल्ला झाड़ती रही है तथा ग्राहकों को सहयोग नहीं किया गया |
7. चूँकि lava मोबाईल में लगा मानिटर 5-6 महीने में नमी से स्वयं ही रंग बदल लेते हैं जिन्हें lava कंपनी अपनी पालिसी के हिसाब से लिक्विड डैमेज मान लेती है |जबकि लिक्विड डैमेज का तात्पर्य फोन के अन्दर ग्राहक की गलती से पानी जाने से है न कि lava कंपनी द्वारा बनायीं गयी मोबाईल की कमजोर बाडी से जो कि वातावरण की नमी को भी मोबाईल के अन्दर जाने से नहीं रोक पाती है | जबकि नमी में तो अन्य कंपनियों के मोबाईल भी रहते हैं |
8. महोदय यह कि उत्तराखंड राज्य अधिक वर्षा तथा वातावरण में अधिक नमी वाला राज्य है |
9. उत्तराखंड राज्य की भौगोलिक द्रष्टि को ध्यान में रखते हुए lava कंपनी के उपरोक्त मोबाईल का स्ट्रक्चर, वातावरण की नमी को मोबाईल के अन्दर लगे वाटर डैमेज मोनिटर (इंडिकेटर) तक जाने से रोकने में सक्षम नहीं है | जिस कारण लावा मोबाईल के अन्दर लगे इंडिकेटर का रंग बिना मोबाईल में पानी घुसे ही, केवल वातावरण की नमी के संपर्क में आने मात्र से आसानी से गुलाबी हो जाता है | जिसका खामियाजा बिना गलती किये ही उपभोक्ताओं को भुगतना पढ़ता है |
10. यह कि lava कंपनी के मोबाईल में लगे कि वाटर डैमेज इंडिकेटर, उत्तराखंड में वातावरण की नमी से 5 -6 महीनों में स्वयं लाल हो जा रहे हैं तथा lava मोबाईल की बाडी, मोबाईल के अन्दर lava कंपनी द्वारा लगाये गए वाटर इंडिकेटर तक मोस्चर (नमी) जाने से रोकने में सक्षम नहीं हैं |
11. यह कि उपभोक्ता के मोबाईल में आयी टच स्क्रीन की प्रोब्लम का लिक्विड डैमेज जैसी प्रोब्लम से अथवा मोबाईल के अन्दर लगे इंडिकेटर प्लेट के रंग बदलने से से दूर –दूर तक का कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं है | यह मात्र वातावरण की नमी का प्रभाव है कि lava वाटर इंडिकेटर का रंग बदला है |
12. इस सम्बन्ध में lava सर्विस सेंटर तथा कंपनी को 9 अगस्त को रजिस्टर्ड डाक तथा उससे पहले मेल द्वारा नोटिस दिया गया जिस पर कोई सहयोग नहीं किया गया |
13. महोदय /महोदया lava कंपनी द्वारा अपने मोबाईल के अन्दर लगाये गए वाटर इंडिकेटर की प्रमाणिकता की जाँच कराये बिना ही उसकी गलत रीडिंग के आधार पर मेरे मोबाईल को दो वर्ष की वारंटी प्रियड से बाहर किया जा रहा है | तथा उसके टच स्क्रीन को रियेयर नहीं किया जा रहा है | जिस कारण मेरे मोबाईल से सम्बंधित आवश्यक कार्यों में बाधा पहुँच रही है | तथा मुझे आर्थिक तथा मानसिक रूप से क्षति पहुँच रही है |
अतः माननीय उपभोक्ता फोरम से विनम्र निवेदन है कि मेरे प्रार्थनापत्र पर सहानुभूति पूर्वक विचार करते हुए मेरे मोबाईल को वारंटी में सही करवाने तथा इस कारण मुझे हुई क्षति का मुवावजा दिलवाने की कृपा करें |

Recently i bought a phone from amazon named lava z61. It just # up within one month i replace it from amazon still showing the problem of app delete. After two or three days it get heated up so i just switched it off but when i saw my phone again it bent badly and screen got damaged. When i sent it to lava care centre they just shut my case by saying that they would sent other same lava phone but below the model ie. Lava z60. When i rejected the proposal the decline my complain by saying i was only one responsible for damage so one year cannot be given
