Recently i bought a phone from amazon named lava z61. It just # up within one month i replace it from amazon still showing the problem of app delete. After two or three days it get heated up so i just switched it off but when i saw my phone again it bent badly and screen got damaged. When i sent it to lava care centre they just shut my case by saying that they would sent other same lava phone but below the model ie. Lava z60. When i rejected the proposal the decline my complain by saying i was only one responsible for damage so one year cannot be given

Hardly one month it worked after that its displays off, i went to near noida sector 15 lava care center and they deny to service my mobile phone and took 60 rupee from us to opened the phone (Reference work number:[protected] but in in-voice they showed zero amount as well as in message. And it is illegal and irresponsible behaviour of lava care center and my phone in 2 year warranty and not happy with lava service.

I replaced a battery of my lava a76 plus at unique mobile care at srinagar. They charged me inr 600 for the same and didn't give any receipts for the same.
Later i received a message from lava care as a receipt of my order and found it very different from the work order.
I was given only a battery for a76 plus
And charged for adaptor and usb cable too which i never received.
I request to take necessary action against the said lava care centre and return my undue amount for which i was cheated by your pos / centre.

I hope i will not have to strive more to get the said lava care centre corrected

i had purchased a lava mobile phone z70 and creating problems like hang, sysytem URI not responding, aries not responding and many other functions like close app or wait dnt know what what, finger sensor started working very slowly no more apps are installed 7.17 gb still available then why this problem is arising after seeing this i had reset my phone after resetting the phone it start working in good condition and then after three to four days, the same problem start again ...and even if we are not using and not working and hand set is heating, my mobile no.[protected]

i have brought my phone on 29.05.2018 but from the begining i am facing
problem with my phone. It is not having charge properly, and having hang
problem. So i have contacted several times with the shop from where i have
bought the phone. They told me to leave the phone, they will contact the
service centre. So i left the phone in their hand, then when i am getting
my phone again after servicing, i am facing the same problem. Its really
harassing me. The service centre from which it has serviced is *techno
care, adress: p-10a, prince anwar shah road, kolkata - 700068*

i am attaching the problem screenshot and the bill herewith. This are the problems i am facing. Service center person told me to do a video of the thing of today, so i have done it. Plzz check the video which i captured today 13.08.2018. They told me they wil change the pcb tomorrow but if after changing the pcb i will face the same problem then you have to do a replacement for this handset else i have to take the step of consumer forum if you cant do a favour for me. It is intoleerable to use this type of defective set. The age of the phone is 2 months and i have given this set to the service centre 4-5 times to repair for the same problem but i havent got any favour from them. If you dont take any serious step regarding my phone then i have to involve myself in consumer forum to get a better judgement. Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

I have purchased a lava z60 mobile from noida dealer store from first day it's hang when i go back to the same store where i was purchased they people not interested to listen my complaint then it's continuesly creat issue sometimes screen disappear sometimes mic was not working after that i visit ur service center they chek nd said it was not repairable when i forced they said it will repaire on chargable basis when i ask the rates they offer 5700 i told them i was buy this on 5500 hundred but they refuse to to do on less amount. At last i repair it from local market only 1200 they change the display now it work but you people make us fool promise only made for advertisement...

This is to inform you i have lava atom 2 i repaired the mobile 3 times in asc of lava mobile june 2017 Mumbai Andheri west and jan 2018 at trichur lava asc but the trichur Lava asc xcell mobile care they doesnt issue cash memo unlike mumbai asc in july 9 i went to trichur asc Xcell mobile for my lava mobile touch screen along with my freind there i paid 650 service chrge he didnt gave the cash memo 2nd time unlike Mumbai asc after ward i went to mumbai due to my father demise i took 15 days leave from job i went to mumbai in 1 week this Lava mobile touch screen was not working i came back on 26 july i joined the work due to shortage of staff and on 31st july i went to trichur lava mobile asc inspite of telling after 2 week it was nworking they generated the workorder ewp 51003175 charging 550/- and told that after 5 working day they will inform after going back to my home my freind who accompanied me he spoke to them in phone and asked them this charge they told no need of paying the charge pls bring the wororder and collect the mobile yesterday after they called me mobile is ready i went to trichur which is 21 km away from my home to Lava mobile Xcell mobile care they refused to give me the mobile without paying when i asked them the reason for charging again in the gap of 2 week they told Lava company doesnt give the guarentty i took the mobile i kept it in service centre . the staff was speaking harshly even my freind spoke to asc staff on phone they spoke rudely when he shouted at them they cooled down and told to contact lava customer care yesterday i mailed to [protected]@lavainternational.in today i got a call when i was in work mobile no[protected] the response was negative and told me to pay the amnt no matter whether it worked for 1 week or 1 mnth there is no guarentee

The problem which i face is that i am not able to view my contacts that were in my sim... But now when someones calls me his name appears but after picking the call the names vanishhes and doesn't appear...in the call list as well... Plz suggest how to overcome thia problem...

I have purchase online lava phone on 13 june 2018 on same day i had request for refund on this product. After that i have received mail for visiting lava service center for full fill the condition to refund/return request. Today i have visit lava service center, after checking product customer care executive saying that this product is fake and not a lava product, lava phone imei number start with 911 series and this product imei number start with 8692 starting series. So we can't solve the issue and you should contact to snapdeal for further help. On my snapdeal account the request is closed. Please do need full.

I purchase a lava z70 phone .I facing so many issue in this phone . Last time suddenly my phone is dead so, I submit it in the service centre .I want refund my money bcause within one month of phone purchase I face so many error and I didn;t deal with it .since 5 days phone is in service centre and i have don't have a phone for use and it give so many errors . So please resolve my issue .

Iam ganesh in tambaram service center they didn't response customer bad it lose service center. Please respect customer is important to the business lava service please kindly requesting please change tambaram service center guys please iam using lava phone go to service center they correctly finishing over charing and service charging that guys please do something..

I purchased lava mobile x81 on 26/06/2017. I have been facing problems from the very first instance. Its sound was always quite low. I had even contacted the retail dealer to change it in the very first week but to no avail. Firstly there was a battery problem... The phone didnt get charged even after one full day of charging... My charger was also working fine... I got it checked also. The problem lies with the battery... Now, its been a month that the display screen of the mobile also broke.. I took my phone at your authorised service centre where they have told me that it will be charged while the mobile is still under warranty period.
To your kind attention its my second lava mobile and i had a very bad experience with the company since my previous phone also lasted for 6 months. I had purchased it from a store in dubai. My new phone had a life of 10 months only. This shows that the lava phones are not reliable...

i am v. Yamini m.B.B.S student bought one lava mobile
having imei no [protected] model a 79 from hello mobile shop, karaikal- 609 602.

From the day one of my purchase it was not working properly. So many problems in getting the calls and in making calls. When i contact the seller, he simply replaced the battery, even again the same complaints prevails and persistenely not working.
It is still under warannty period, the seller simply not ready to replace the mobile. I badly want to replalce as it is under warannty period as per the bill enlosed herewith. Immediate replacement is exigenty required as i had a trust over the lava products due to recommendation of my co friends all college mates. I want immediate replacement from your end and compromise my heart to the faith over the lava products.

Why there isn't a system update (Android update) available?
I bought my phone and after a year nougat came, now oreo but we are not getting update unlike other company mobiles which provide it in a good manner.
Speaking of your services, you're start on custom rom doesn't have a good user experience and your interface is very poor, initially i wanted to buy a lava phone feet my sister but looking at your service we switched...

I had purchased a lava mobile on 14th april 2018 from a retail store m/s singhal communications situated in jwalapur, haridwar.
It was a gift to my mother from my side. I use to work at bulandshahr up, and came back on sunday evening to my work place.

Phone started giving problems from the very next day, as she is unable to reach that retail store, so i came back with the phone to the retailer on 28th april (Last saturday was a off to my work.)

Problems were -
1. Phone by itself does not give any ring, while volume is full and its in general sound mode and trying to play any music, it will tell unsupported format (For mp3). Even trying to play online music or youtube (It will not give any sound). Then phone have to be restarted again and it start ringing and music playback starts. This problem come back in intervals of 1-2 hours.

2. During a call, incoming voice is distorted and after 2-4 minutes. Calls gets disconnected by itself. I checked the same sim in other phone. No such problem. Even tried other network operators like vodafone and airtel in the lava phone. Problem is their for every sim.

Retailer asked me to go to nearest lava care center (At ranipur more haridwar) and show them. I went there, they checked the phone and said we had updated the software which was obsolete.

But the problem came back after 1 hour again. I went back to the retailer shop next day on 28th april, their one of lava sales executive (Mr. Nikhil kapoor) who convinced to buy a lava phone. He was their, he told me that software was not updated and lava care people fooled me, and he took the phone with bill and accessories and ensured me that he will personally go to lava care and make a check with the phone.

He gave the phone back after 4 days on 3rd april and told that problem is resolved. But after one day, i found out phone is in the same condition. All lava retailers and lave care people are fooling me and just time passing with the customer.

I trusted lava, but phone getting faulty after a 2 day use. It's just unbearable for a customer. Rather it was a gift, it became a night mare for me.

The is a brightness problem in all z80 i have seen. The problem is that even if we turn off the automatic brightness and brought the brightness to the lowest level then put a flash light on mobile then a magic will happen the brightness will adjusted automatically. I have visited the service center even if they are authorized by lava they were unable to solve the problem because it is problem of even z80 mobile so they said it might be a feature of the mobile phone. I want company to solve this problem or replace my mobile by any other model if company has any other better product i don't think lava has any other better product because i have visited service center i have speak to customer care. Till now nothing has been done to solve this issue i had purchased z80 on 19-apr-2018

I purchased lava a 97 as gift for my wife from heena mobile centre, bokaro steel city. Jharkhand. Soon; the screen display problem started. The screen flickers while watching video or using internet.

Initially i thought it was software problem ;
So i also got the software updated ; but the problem persists. I am fed with the performance of this handset. I want the company to replace this mobile with a suitable better handset in th esame price range.

I purchased mobile LAVAP7+ on 18/09/2017, when I was traveling due rain set got wet, & I removed the parts it to get dry, & brought for service to Basavanagudi, Xcellency service center as i'm within warranty period, after checking & the service executive staff told me the cost of repair is 4627/- OMG I paid for new mobile Rs.4099/- but to repair they are asking more than that..., I really felt upset by hearing this is not the service expected from LAVA if this is the case why should we buy this, pls revert to this grievance soon, rgds.

Named, sushila infotel of p-10 cit road, scheme -55, kolkat-700014, has taken rs 2000 for other parts including camera lens on[protected] but lens was not there by then they told us they will provide it later on but yet no response is there and now when i am asking for my money they asked me to keep my mobile there for how long they won't tell me. Please help me
