Using lava mobile k tii s model but bottom body is damaged ans silver plate is broken - can i get body part or new one same model from which dealer in noida

I have gone through lava model through amazon site but could not find any piece left for model lava mobile model k tii s product
Can you guide where to get his model or part of body (Bottom plate) in near around mayur vihar or noida branches / repair center of lava or where to write for the same.

I recently replaced my lava x1 selfie display, in lava service center they took rs.2000/- from me, after 1 week screen not working properly also selfie camera not working, unfortunately i forgot bill from them, so i lost rs.2000/-, they are very fraud service, worst mobile i have seen ever, lava service centers are robbering customers, don't waste your money.

We have visit 4 times at lava customer care nit faridabad, but no proper solutions still mobile is not usable where as it is under warranty till 3.12.16.

As per lava care we change the mobile battery but mobile not switch on and we are not enjoying the mobile.

From the purchase of 2nd day it shows the software problem i submit to lava care its resolve but we faced this type of problem in using

2nd it is automatically switch off so i am very disappointed because lava mobil

Dear conferrer, i buy lava x 17 mobile phone, but when i use the mobile its functioning very slow every time when i want to open any file or apps its taking too much time to open when this happen, also a lots off time the phone is hanged i have no much more apps and the phone memory is blanks above 1.5 g then why its happen.

Please explain how can i solve the problems

I have purchased 2 lava x81 (Phone) on 3rd october and i got the delivery on 5th of this month.. After that i saw in one of my phone app lock is not walking so i called the flipcart bt they can con solve the problem after thay i visited to the lava service center to solv the problem but they told me this is the harware problem of the phone so i again call the flipcart and request to change the phone but they are saying it is not the problem of the phone.
Now you please tell me when my another lava x81 is walking properly and i am not faceing the problem with the same phone then why flipcart is saying it is not the problem of the phone.. When we are going to buy any thing there is a clause that if there is any defect then we can claim for replecement but now i god very bad response from flipcart.
When they are not able to keep their promise then they should not promise anything..
Such a harassment i ever faced.. Flipcart is saying to give my phone to service center for repair.
Why should i give my new (5 day old) phone to service center?? When there is a provision on flipcart to chang defect things..
I am not going to buy any other thing from flipcart.. And i will post this to the social media..

The lava capptain n1 sold by patel computer nagda dist.. Dhar in cutting peace... It means it is selling to customer in only price 600 rs.. I m alsoa retailer & iwas purchasing this mobile by same distributor vaibhav watch ghatabilod mp in rs. 728rs.... So problem is i m selling this mobile iswhat price plz define you... I approach lava service center, sealdah to repair my lava iris fuel mobile. My mobile was out of guarantee period. I was demanded rs 100 charge to tell me how much repair cost. Repair cost was high so i did not agree to it. But i have to paid rs 100.
Later l know other mobile service center does not charge to tell how much repair cost.
So kindly look into matter.

Consumers mobile has a network problem. Which is being described as physical damage by service centre dhampur. There is no physical damage according to the consumer. According to consumer manufacturing defect is in the phone. Phone is in under warranty. When consumer called lava care on 13/09/2017, he told that his problem will be resolved soon. Consumers have taken help from the national consumer forum helpline number on same date. Consumer forum helpline advised to the consume follow the protocol with the reference no 427669/427670. The consumer again calls the national helpline and tells the problem not to be resolved till date 27/09 2017, then it is advised by the national helpline that give your problem to written in lava international's zonal office send by registered post and wait 10 working day's, but till date 15/10/2017 problem is unresolved.

I am gulshan kumar s/o sh. Niranjan kumar r/o h. No.6 gurudwara wali gali sawan park ashok vihar ph-3, delhi-110052. I have submitted my lava mobile phone model no. X81 vide wo no.[protected], imei no. [protected] in lava service center hadsan lane and same submitted for 5 times for the same problem (Not switching on). The said mobile phone is not switching on and i took it 5 times to service center hadsan lane and they consolidated me that now they will replace my said mobile phone because after solving the problem so many times the problem still continuing, they also suggested me to purchase a new battery and i purchased the same from said service center but problem is still continuing. Now what is the status of my phone i don't know, my phone is in under warranty. Please let me know as in what time i will get my phone? Lava is not providing the good services as it fails many times to satisfy me by providing service.

Purchase karte hi with in 1hour mein uss mobile phone mein defect aa gaya meine cellularworld mein complaint ki toh usne kaha ki yeh hamare yahan non repairable hai is mein mother board mein problem hai isko company le jaaiye meine kaha ki isko replace kar dijiye toh usne mana kar diya jab ki same day with in 1hour yeh problem aa gayi thi kai baar customer care mein complaint ki toh unhone kaha ki mobile ko service centre mein bhej dijiye main service centre mein gaya jo c-59. Lajpat nagar-ii, new delhi main hai unhone kaha ki mobile mein mother board ki problem hai mobile rakh liya service centre ne 1week ke baad bina mother board badle hi kehdiya ki humne mother board change kar diya hai aap le jaaiye lekin lene ke 2hrs ke baad hi usme dobara same complaints aa gayi. Inke service centres mein spare parts hi nahi rahatein mobile jaisi necesity wali items ko bhi yeh repairing ke liye kai kai dino tak le kar rakh letein hai lava phone ke haalat bahut hi kharab hai bus customer care par hi logo ko bahakatein rahatein hai indian companies ke product defective hi hotein hai lava jaisi company ke product kharidane ke layak hi nahi hai. Inke service centres mein kuch spares hotein hi nahi hai yeh ek 3rd class service dene wali company hai phir se keh rahein hai ki service centre mein mobile le aaiye hum dobara dekheinge ek hi mobile hai mere pass main phir se inhe de dun aur apne business calls ko kaise attend karein meri public ko yehi advise hai ki samsung, mi, jaise branded phone kharide.

I go to lava service center to phone charging poablam my phone in waranty period but worker crrack my phone touch in phone opned and say your touch crrack and this phone is not warranty. So they are not salve my charging problem and say as so you do. So lava service worker not solve my problem and no good behave with me. You take a ligal action as soon as posible.

Few months back my lava iris 504q phones touch screen was gone out of order. I took it to the lava service center. There they repaired it and billed me an amount of inr 800. Then after 3 weeks it went out of order again. I then one more time took it to the service center. They told that the display need to be changed and it will cost around inr 3500. Since there was no other way i told them to change the display. 3 days later they called me and told that the display is not available and it can't be repaired. Now my phone is there as a useless one.

Sir humare yanha lava servise centr theek se nahi chala rahe sir maine shoftwer k liye apna set diya tha jo ki mera set on ho raha tha lekin 20 din baad mera set return kiye or bole ki ye dusre lawa cear pe le jao mere yanha nahi hoga or sir mera set ab on bhi nahi ho raha sir plz hellp me sir humare yanha jo aap ka cear chal raha hum log ko bahut paresan karte hai mera set bhi kharab kar diya sir mujhe puri responsbility chahiye plz hellp sir aap ki comapny loss mai cahli jayegi agr aisa hi chalta raha to log lava k name se nafart karne lagenge sir mujhe puri help chaihiye

Sir i purchase lava x81 in sept 2016, after 7to8 month my phone battery started degrain and automatic restarted.. For that i submitted my phone 3time in service center only they change battery and they charged for that but restart problem still in my phone..in a day my phone restarted 4 ti 5 time... And same i informed to lava xolo customer care and they raised ticket no... And now they are not responding my mails...

3rd class service o received...
I submitted 3 time my iinstrument in service center but problems r still same...

Only they making full to people.. Even service center people r not giving satisfactory answer... I m harrased by them..

I went to service center on Saturday 9/9/2017 Ambe Electronics J-5 Sector-15 Bhosaya complex Noida[protected], [protected] they have given me invoice and they check my mobile bill. They told me this mobile is covered in warranty period. Date Of purchased 4/5/2017 you don't have to pay money. We will charge service charges for that Estimated cost 391.84(Lbr:250.00 Part:82.06 IGST/CGST/SGST:59.78)
In the evening one person call me from service center and told you have to pay 2-3 thousand for damage. Please help me so my mobile will repair on time.

Our complain that we are mobile given of yash computer service center sidhi for mobile reaping in some display problem as on dated 23/08/2017 which are warranted period and service center not given any acknowledge and as on dated received msg in our mobile that your mobile handset have received but mobile also submit in service center and when we are went in service centre then executive given mobile which have totaly damege and not operate mobile then he told that our mobile was damage then he said that dont our guarantee if mobile is damage in time of repairing, and also mobile in warrantee period and also mobile submit in service center
So please do the need fullful

We are facing problem from last 8 months for mobile not working properly or hanging. We have complaint it & services provided by your authorized service center but not able to resolve the problem. They not provide us compalint number also. Behaviour of service center is also not good.
Request you to please look into the matter & change the mobile immediately otherwise we will complain against your company in consumer court/forum. Please note that mobile is in warranty period & mental harresment done by your company.
