I purchased lava z70 mobile on 25 august 2018. I use my headset only for my weekend traveling purpose, for listening music. But 2weeks before right ear in headset has stopped... Today the left ear of headset also stopped. My headset is completely useless now. I haven't misuesd the headset. Please do the needful. I didn't expect quality-less product from lava.

My lava mobile phone A97 was not working. When i reached to the service center in meerut at hapur adda. The executive opened my phone and declined to service and demanding for amount 3000rs.whereas it is under warranty.
