Lava Mobiles — Home shop 18 the seller not taking back the defective phone even as the product qualifies as per their return policy

Respected sir,
I had purchased lava 4g connect m1 mobile from homeshop18 on 2nd june and got the delivery of same on 5th june. However, on receiving the mobile, i found it to be defective. At times the hd symbol goes away and hence i cannot make calls from jio sim. Also there is no option available to delete the stored fast dialling mobile nos. To delete the same, phone needs to be formatted.
As per the return policy of homeshop 18, a damaged or defective mobile can be returned in 2 days of delivery. I contacted them inside two days, yet they are asking me to contact lava customer care. I brought them notice of their return policy, but they are adamant and as yet have not taken back the mobile. They are telling me that lava customer care personnel will contact me, but as of 26th june no one has contacted me.

As what homeshop 18 customer care executive told me, i contacted lava customer care. they asked me to visit customer care centre of lava mobiles and get a copy of job sheet and mail them the same. i did that and got the job sheet. job sheet verifies my claim of the mobile having network issues in sim1. i mailed them (lava customer care) the copy and talked with them also. they told me that if the problem persists again i should contact them again. however they denied to refund the money for the mobile and take it back.
My stand that a defective mobile was delivered to me stands vindicated. As per the homeshop 18 refund policy, a defective mobile shall be taken back and money refunded if the issue is brought to them within 2 days of delivery. i had done the same. Yet, homeshop 18 is not obliging me. I am attaching the lava customer care job sheet herewith for the reference
